The description of my profile in Medium says it right, I’m software engineer, not a doctor. So take my advice as maybe a good idea on how to start your own research. In case of medical conditions as well consult if necessary with physician on how to take NMN and Reserveratrol and other Polyphenols and Vitamins I recommend in this post.

I’m presenting my recommendation based on more than year and a half, maybe two years of using NR, NMN, Resveratrol and others mentioned in the post. Off course I tried different combinations, I even stoped using them for a while as well. I read about different researches and so on... But my main point is I had great personal benefit. As well I feel well, and energised and having a lot of stamina. I would say feeling my age or even younger. Someone would say, “Well what is the point here, you are young anyway you? You should feel like this right?”. Well true, I’m in my mid 30-ties, but I had spend my first 33 years very badly in regards to my body. I didn’t eat right, I didn’t sleep right, I didn’t eat right. And by badly I mean abusing my body to its limits. Overeating, not sleeping for days, not moving for months etc. So around 32 years old I felt like: “bad”. Constant pains, not much stamina, bad mood quite often, loss of memories etc…; More on my story here: How did I recover my health and feel a lot younger again.

But after my prayer to God and rejuvenation program I started I feel great and young again for my age. But enough intro, let‘s get to the real thing…

How I would recommend to start with body maintenance program mentioned in the book: Lifespan: Why We Age_and Why We Don’t Have To. Well it really depends on your personal situation. I know that would vary a lot. But I will try to universalise it a bit. So I propose three phases of the maintenance program to your body.

Phase 1:

Goal: Initiate the maintenance program
Length: period of 1.5 months,
Recommended usage:
use the recommended daily dosages from your provider :

  1. Olive oil (minimum 1 big(normal) spoon daily)
  2. Quercetin
  3. Fisetin
  4. Apigenin
  5. Vitamin K2 (or mix with K1 and K2)
  6. Vitamin D
  7. Aspirin+Vit C (Low dose aspirin, recommended dose Vit C)

Simply explained the goal of this phase is to say to your body:
Start repairing yourself! Clean up senescent and suppress cancerous and inactive and old cells. Start initial repair to your cells and thus to your body.”

Phase 2:

Goal: Start the real maintenance program
Length: period of 1.5 months,

Recommended usage:
use the recommended daily dosages from your provider with:
1. Keep all the stuff from phase 1
2. Resveratrol
3. Metformin (or if not possible to get Berberine.)
4. NR or NMN (half of the recommended dosages)
5. TMG

Simply explained this phase is to give your body some energy to perform even more repairs. But not too much, lets try to remove as much as we can without boosting the energy levels, but still leave the body to increase it naturaly. Also droping sugar dependency.

Phase 3:

Goal: Boost the maintenance program to its max.
Length: period of 6 months;

1. The same as Phase 2, but
2. NR or NMN (Recommended dosages)
3. You can add for few months as well (at least i did so) CoQ10 and PQQ and 4. Taurine recommended dosages.
5. Also you can add Pterostilbene.

Simplified explanation to this phase is giving your body maximum energy to perform even more repairs.
